So we have a green room, a blue room, and now a RED room. I had planned for this past weekend to be my lazy weekend, but it turned out to be one of my most productive! Go figure. Some of the last boxes to be unpacked were waiting on me to paint the front room, so I did. I went with red and it was the first time I doubted my color choice, but I think it turned out great! I love how cozy the room feels, even though it is meant to be the “formal” sitting area.
I am so proud of this room because every piece of furniture I have gotten on sale. Even the sofa I got $400 off the original price due to a light yellow spot that I still have trouble finding 🙂 Now I am trying to decide on what color rug to include…red, off-white, brown, or yellow. What do you think?
